Two classes per week for at least 6 months as an Orange Belt.
Start two weeks before your belt testing.
Pick two days that are not karate class days to practice.
On your scheduled days, practice all of your kata 3 times in a row (about 7-10 minutes)
Do your best to do the moves correctly.
Show your friends and family your kata to build confidence.
Perform correctly, without assistance:
Follow along with Gekisai Ichi no Bo in a group setting
Block and counter
Point sparring (min 4 matches)
