Junior karate for beginners
Junior karate is an age-appropriate program for kids in grades 1 to 8. The core classes run twice per week, each lesson is 45 minutes.
A typical class include the following activities:

Cardio and strength building exercises

Stretching and breathing

Karate kihon (basic technique)

Goju Kata (traditional forms) appropriate to their level

Sparring drills and bag work
As the students advance through the program, they will build on the skills that they developed as a beginner. Good attendance is important to maintain positive progression.

After the trial period, the student will be asked to make a minimum commitment of 4-5 months. A new uniform is included with your program registration fee.
